So far, I’ve lost 39.5 lbs of measured weight (1.9 lbs in the last week) and 34.7 lbs of “real weight” (2.4 lbs in the last week). When I was doing the family challenge, I had lost 18 pounds.
I slacked off on the 100 Push-ups and 200 Sit-ups Programs for most of this week. Secret Week kept me out late, and I slept in each morning to make up for it, which cut exercise out of my routine.
I also had a bump over the last weekend due to more family meals than usual. Also couldn’t resist temptation at Leatherby’s. Control got better as the week went on, though, and I’m within a pound of my goal!
