Time for another Hacker’s Diet update.

You will reach your goal of 155 lbs on 2009-​05-​01. (245 days early!)

So far, I’ve lost 39.5 lbs of mea­sured weight (1.9 lbs in the last week) and 34.7 lbs of “real weight” (2.4 lbs in the last week). When I was doing the fam­ily chal­lenge, I had lost 18 pounds.

I slacked off on the 100 Push-​ups and 200 Sit-​ups Pro­grams for most of this week. Secret Week kept me out late, and I slept in each morn­ing to make up for it, which cut exer­cise out of my rou­tine. :(

I also had a bump over the last week­end due to more fam­ily meals than usual. Also couldn’t resist temp­ta­tion at Leatherby’s. Con­trol got bet­ter as the week went on, though, and I’m within a pound of my goal!
