So far, I’ve lost 34.5 lbs of measured weight (4.7 lbs in the last week) and 29.2 lbs of “real weight” (2.6 lbs in the last week). When I was doing the family challenge, I had slid back to 15 pounds lost again.
Haven’t fully implemented the diet plan I mentioned last week, but I was trying to watch the white carbs. Being sick helped me lose weight again. I should just try to be sick all the time.
The 100 Push-ups and 200 Sit-ups Programs are going alright, although I am having more trouble with finishing sets now. That might be partly because of the sickness, and the fact that I pushed the programs back a day because of it. Don’t know how things will go with the exhaustion tests at the end of this week.
One day at dinner this week, my parents commented on my weight loss. They said I looked thinner overall, but that my gut was still big. Not sure how to take that. Thanks also to Will N, Michow, and Vince T for your compliments. Especially Michow, who emphasized that my gut was smaller.
