So far, I’ve lost 27.3 lbs of measured weight (2.2 lbs in the last week) and 24.5 lbs of “real weight” (2.0 lbs in the last week). When I was doing the family challenge, I had still only lost 14 lbs at this point, and was backsliding then, too.
I had some trouble watching my portions this week, but got better towards the end. Letting myself slip with all the snacks around the house; must be more vigilant.
I need to get myself back on track to hit my goal by my birthday. The 100 Push-ups and 200 Sit-ups Programs are going well. I can definitely feel my strength increasing.
I started following Tim Ferriss on Twitter because he is donating $3 to charity for every follower, but he’s posted some interesting stuff on weight loss and muscle gain that I want to try. Must read the articles more thoroughly and see what I can incorporate into the plan.

GO DINH! I remember when we did wrestling for a very brief freshman year. The training was GRUESOME and was considered the toughest conditioning I have ever done. I have no idea how you went through those first couple of days. I’m glad you’re on track and wish you the best of luck hitting your goal

Yeah, I wish I could still handle the wrestling workouts. That would get me to my goal in no time.
