Time for another Hacker’s Diet update.

So far, I’ve lost 25.1 lbs of mea­sured weight (0.5 lbs in the last week) and 22.5 lbs of “real weight” (2.3 lbs in the last week). When I was doing the fam­ily chal­lenge, I had still only lost 15 lbs at this point.

Despite my ear­lier post, I think the scales so match up pretty well, so it seems that this really shows me what one bad day can do to my progress. I basi­cally lost a week of results due to care­less­ness. I snacked a lot at Chris­tine N’s party and even had a can of soda when I couldn’t find water at first. Should have had a lot more water and a lot less salty/oily good­ness. Luck­ily, my “real weight” con­tin­ues to drop, so I’m still doing alright.

Just need to keep vigilant.
