Time for another Hacker’s Diet update.

So far, I’ve lost 24.6 lbs of mea­sured weight (3.5 lbs in the last week) and 20.2 17.6 lbs of “real weight” (2.6 lbs in the last week). When I was doing the fam­ily chal­lenge, I had lost 15 lbs at this point.

Things are going pretty well with the diet. I was incon­sis­tent with the exer­cise, but still lost a lot of weight this week. Both of which are because I’ve been sick since Tues­day. I com­pletely lost track on the 100 Push-​Ups and 200 Sit-​Ups Pro­grams, so I’m going to try to start again this Mon­day. I’m try­ing to go through two Nal­genes of water a day, which really helps flush all the shit out of my sys­tem as well as sup­press my appetite. It should help with the cold, too, I’m sure.
