So far, I’ve lost 24.6 lbs of measured weight (3.5 lbs in the last week) and 20.2 17.6 lbs of “real weight” (2.6 lbs in the last week). When I was doing the family challenge, I had lost 15 lbs at this point.
Things are going pretty well with the diet. I was inconsistent with the exercise, but still lost a lot of weight this week. Both of which are because I’ve been sick since Tuesday. I completely lost track on the 100 Push-Ups and 200 Sit-Ups Programs, so I’m going to try to start again this Monday. I’m trying to go through two Nalgenes of water a day, which really helps flush all the shit out of my system as well as suppress my appetite. It should help with the cold, too, I’m sure.
