So far, I’ve lost 17.2 lbs of measured weight (3.8 lb in the last week) and 12.5 lbs of “real weight” (2.5 lbs in the last week). When I was doing the family challenge, I had lost 13 lbs at this point, so I’m doing much better.
I started off pretty stagnant this week, but things really picked up towards the end. I’m not sure what the cause is. My exercise has been consistent, except for the night I crashed at Betty N’s, because I was too self-conscious to work out in her studio in the morning while she was still sleeping. I did start drinking a protein shake for breakfast after my morning routine, so that might have something to do with it. Or maybe it’s just a stressful week for me as I drive back and forth between Sac and the Bay almost every night?
Whatever the cause, I hope it continues, and my goal is to be under 175, which is where I was at the end of my family challenge, by the end of the month.
