Another week has gone by already, so I guess it’s time for another update. Here’s where I’m at this week -

As you can see, I cleaned up the graph a little bit and added more info to it.
As for the diet front itself… I’ve lost 6.3 lbs of measured weight and 3.3 lbs of “real weight,” and I had an odd upswing today. (That’s OK, though… that’s why I have the “real weight” line.) Last time, when I was doing the challenge with my family, I lost 11 lbs in the same time period. The difference? I think in terms of calories, I’m eating as little as I did then, although temptation is definitely higher when living at home. The difference is probably a matter of exercise. When I was doing the family challenge, I was still taking classes, and I would walk from Monster House and around campus. This time, I have barely been leaving the house.
Hopefully, I’ll have better news to report next week.
