Hacker Diet Update - Week 2

Another week has gone by already, so I guess it’s time for another update. Here’s where I’m at this week -

As you can see, I cleaned up the graph a lit­tle bit and added more info to it.

As for the diet front itself… I’ve lost 6.3 lbs of mea­sured weight and 3.3 lbs of “real weight,” and I had an odd upswing today. (That’s OK, though… that’s why I have the “real weight” line.) Last time, when I was doing the chal­lenge with my fam­ily, I lost 11 lbs in the same time period. The dif­fer­ence? I think in terms of calo­ries, I’m eat­ing as lit­tle as I did then, although temp­ta­tion is def­i­nitely higher when liv­ing at home. The dif­fer­ence is prob­a­bly a mat­ter of exer­cise. When I was doing the fam­ily chal­lenge, I was still tak­ing classes, and I would walk from Mon­ster House and around cam­pus. This time, I have barely been leav­ing the house.

Hope­fully, I’ll have bet­ter news to report next week.
