Life Imitates Art — Action Movie Edition!

One of the greatest things about science fiction is seeing or reading things that seem like they could really work, and wondering if someone could come along and make it real.

I just read about the first American face transplant. So Face/Off could be real! Wonder if future FBI/CIA applicants will be screened on how similar they look to baddies, à la Bourne Identity/Mission Impossible?

Considering the plot of most sci-fi movies go, seems like next we’ll be facing some sort of robot apocalypse.

And follow that up with a fire-breathing robot dog in the Mad Max wasteland?

(That thing is made entirely from spare parts, mostly from an old Citroen.)
