Maybe it’s because I just haven’t been feeling the party scene lately, and this is a good rationalization for me, but this article really highlights a lot of the ways that American society is so wasteful. I’ve been scaling back my drinking habits already, and maybe it’s time to cut them completely. Maybe one of those 43 million hungry people could use the grain that I don’t.
