City Life
Calling Davis a “city” is quite a stretch of the imagination, but the “city life” is still a lot better than Elk Grove’s. Since moving back here, most of my efforts to entertain myself involve driving to Davis to hang out with people. But even Davis isn’t the same as it used to be; at least, that’s the consensus of all the people I know in Davis above a certain age. People are all moving on to other things.
Why am I having so much trouble moving on, too?
