Troubled Waters

For those of you not in the Sac area, or just don’t read Sac-​area news — 

After Sacra­mento was declared one of the most water-​wasteful places in the world and the Gov­er­nor declared a drought in the state, a cou­ple who let their lawn die in an effort to save water has been fined $746 for break­ing city aes­thet­ics code.

All I have to say is screw aes­thet­ics. What do peo­ple need lawns for anyway?
