Man, Omnivore’s Dilemma is taking me forever to finish. While I enjoy both fiction and non-fiction, non-fiction always takes me a lot longer to read for some reason.
To encourage myself to read more, I stopped at Barnes and Noble on the way home from dropping my cousin off at swim practice today. Picked up The Somnambulist and The Lucifer Effect.
Oh, and I’ve been listening to a lot of NPR on the radio… they recommended GoodReads.com to me today, and I signed up. You should, too! It’s like a Facebook for book-lovers. A bookbook, if you will. You basically share book lists and reviews online, recommend books to friends, and make new friends based on the books you like.
