Despite the lack of work-out equipment at home and my inability to go to a gym, my arms have been very sore lately. Want to know my secret?
Well, all I can really do at home is push-ups and sit-ups, but they get so repetitive and it’s hard to motivate myself to do more. So recently, I started reading Prince of Tennis, another manga. Supposedly it is, or at least was, the most popular manga/animé in Japan for a while. I thought it was OK… very, very similar to Initial D, but with tennis instead of driving. But to get back to my original point, what I would do is force myself to do a set of ten push-ups every time I finished a chapter before I let myself go on to the next chapter. For those of you who don’t know, a chapter is roughly twenty pages of comic, and it goes pretty fast. Prince of Tennis has 375 chapters out right now, and I just got completely caught up today.
Time to pick another series and start the process over again. Any suggestions?

When I watch youtube, I do air bicycles, and whenever I am done with one part of an episode (yay taiwanese drama!), I get up and do 30 crunches.
