I haven’t written about my progress in my family’s Biggest Loser challenge in a while. Mostly because I didn’t have any progress for a while, and actually regressed for a bit.
Due to slightly better habits I’ve been trying to keep lately, I have made progress again. On Monday, I weighed in at 184 and have now officially moved out of the “Obese” range of BMIs into the merely “Overweight” range.
I don’t feel particularly lighter, thinner, fitter, or healthier. I guess the best part about this is just the sense of accomplishment, and the knowledge that I can take control.
