Rewarding Myself

I realized I haven’t posted in a couple of days. Taking a break from studying for my second final at the moment. People are always surprised to find me studying.

Anyway, earlier, I was out of money and needed to get Scantrons for the two finals I had today, so I decided to get a book along with it. (The only way I could pay was by charging to my student account, and there’s a $5 minimum for that.) I snagged a paperback copy of Thomas Friedman’s The World is Flat release 3.0 (at 30% off, too!) I’ve been meaning to read it for a while now, and I figure, what better time than the break between Summer Session and Fall Quarter?

One comment.

  1. Tommy Friedman is quite a controversial character. When you’re done, we should discuss it. Helen has also read it, I think.
