Today is the beginning of week 9, and another official weigh-in day.
Last week, I weighed in at 203, which was up one pound from 202, where I was at for the last official weigh-in. Today, I’ve somehow squeezed down to 201. I think my biggest problem was eating fast food. I was at CoHo too much, and ate a lot of CoHo, Yummy Guide, and Ali Baba’s. Gotta try to pack food from home, and take it easy on the belt and the wallet!
Also need to exercise more. I realized my big problem with that is that I usually work out in the morning, but also, I’ve been going to sleep earlier and earlier, and just telling myself I would do my homework and/or study in the morning. Gotta stop that. Bad for class, and bad for my program. But on the good side, I did go to the ultimate frisbee fellowship. It was the first active fellowship I’ve been to in a while. Although I was dying by the end, it did feel good to run around.
Anyway, gotta kick it up another notch this week! I have been slowing down in the loss, and I am determined to break 200 by the next official weigh-in!
