The Bold And The Beautiful - Week 9

Today is the begin­ning of week 9, and another offi­cial weigh-​in day.

Last week, I weighed in at 203, which was up one pound from 202, where I was at for the last offi­cial weigh-​in. Today, I’ve some­how squeezed down to 201. I think my biggest prob­lem was eat­ing fast food. I was at CoHo too much, and ate a lot of CoHo, Yummy Guide, and Ali Baba’s. Gotta try to pack food from home, and take it easy on the belt and the wallet!

Also need to exer­cise more. I real­ized my big prob­lem with that is that I usu­ally work out in the morn­ing, but also, I’ve been going to sleep ear­lier and ear­lier, and just telling myself I would do my home­work and/​or study in the morn­ing. Gotta stop that. Bad for class, and bad for my pro­gram. But on the good side, I did go to the ulti­mate fris­bee fel­low­ship. It was the first active fel­low­ship I’ve been to in a while. Although I was dying by the end, it did feel good to run around.

Any­way, gotta kick it up another notch this week! I have been slow­ing down in the loss, and I am deter­mined to break 200 by the next offi­cial weigh-​in!
