After seven weeks, I am still going (fairly) strong. Last week, I weighed in at 202. Today, I just weighed in at 203.
How am I going strong if I gained a pound, you ask? Well, this week was extremely bad for me. I was in CoHo all the time and ate poorly. Not to mention Sectionals banquet and Fuji’s yesterday. (Both of those being extremely yummy AND all-you-can-eat!) I even had a little soda at Pibbs and Hohos.
This week, I might as long as I don’t fail in any major way, and stick to my good (or better, anyway) eating habits, I should be good. Oh, and I need to exercise. Didn’t do it at all last week. In fact, I’m gonna go force myself to exercycle a bit right now.
