Man, I missed a week.
We’ve now 4 weeks into the competition, and today was the second weigh-in.
Two weeks ago, I weighed in at 204. Last week, although I didn’t post it, I had dropped down to 202. Today, I’m back up to 205!
No picture for this week or last week because I can’t find drivers for my webcam for Linux. Maybe I’ll reboot into Windows later to take it. I wish I still had a digi-cam, though.
Anyway, I’m pretty disappointed in myself. I blame the stress of this past week, with my two papers and two midterms. Not only the stress itself (damn cortisol!), but it also knocked me out of my good habits… I ate more, ate junk food, and didn’t exercise. I did exercise again this morning, though, and I will keep trying to workout every other day.
