It’s been a week in the family “Biggest Loser” challenge.
Last week, I weighed in at 215. Today, I’m at 207. Wonder how the loss breaks down in terms of water, fat, and muscle.
Anyway, I was pretty good this week. Exercised at the Avalon workout room every other day. Tried to eat less overall and eat no red meat. (But I couldn’t resist a burger at In-N-Out yesterday. Damn SNR!) Also drinking nothing but water (and tea very occasionally). Have yet to try the Wii workout, but I’ll probably add that to my routine after this round of midterms.
Currently invested: $80.
