The Bold And The Beautiful - Week 2

It’s been a week in the fam­ily “Biggest Loser” challenge.

Last week, I weighed in at 215. Today, I’m at 207. Won­der how the loss breaks down in terms of water, fat, and muscle.

Any­way, I was pretty good this week. Exer­cised at the Avalon work­out room every other day. Tried to eat less over­all and eat no red meat. (But I couldn’t resist a burger at In-​N-​Out yes­ter­day. Damn SNR!) Also drink­ing noth­ing but water (and tea very occa­sion­ally). Have yet to try the Wii work­out, but I’ll prob­a­bly add that to my rou­tine after this round of midterms.

Cur­rently invested: $80.
