So today my parents, my sisters, and I took Michael and Andy back to their parents in San Jose. As the adults were chatting in the living room, the kids talked about random things such as the Harry Potter prophecy, Vietlish, and swimming. Suddenly, Gio Linh brought up a tangent that led to today’s quote.
“What does ‘tenacious’ mean?”
- Gio Linh.
“As in ‘Tenacious D’ ?”
- Dong Ha.
“Do you know what ‘tenacity’ means?”
- Me.
“Oh, I know! My coach told us to do something ‘with tenacity’ before. I think it means ‘with life’… Or maybe the opposite. I forgot.”
- Andy.
Oh, Andy. He’s in tenth grade, if you’re curious.
I have also forgot what tenacity means. :em16: We should have vote BTW for what the smilies should be named.
I don’t know what tenacity is either, but I am a fob, so I guess it is okay.
Haha, I can actually hear you say “Do you know what tenacity mean?” cus that’s what you tell me sometimes when I ask you about something. But most of the time you explain it to me, cus you know I am a fob. HAR!
