Hello world!

I’m back, by pop­u­lar demand!

… Well, “pop­u­lar” is being gen­er­ous, but more than one per­son has asked me about if I would be bring­ing Din­hter­net back from the great beyond. And I real­ized after a while that I still have the blog­ging bug, and Xanga/​LJ/​Face­book just won’t cut it. So I got myself a nice lit­tle early Christ­mas gift.

Oh, wait… I think my Wii was my early Christ­mas gift to myself. So that would make this my gift to all my read­ers. Damn, I’m so gen­er­ous this year!

Any­way, you can look for­ward to all sorts of inter­est­ing stuff here. My goal is to make you think, but I’ll try to keep the fun level up, too. The quotes and rants will def­i­nitely be com­ing back, as well as the quiz-​whoring and such.

Check back semi-​regularly for updates! And if you do plan on check­ing reg­u­larly, you should con­sider reg­is­ter­ing. When you do, Word­Press will give you a cookie so you don’t have to fill out your infor­ma­tion every time you want to leave a comment.

That’s about it for now, but before I go, I’d like to point out one of the nifty lit­tle new fea­tures on this site: Post Pop­u­lar­ity. It’s like a hit counter, but more infor­ma­tive. At the end of every post will be a weighted “pop­u­lar­ity” score for the post, so you can see what the cool kids are read­ing. There’s also a link to the most pop­u­lar posts on the side­bar.
