My Dwindling Faculties

So I dunno about you guys, but I definitely feel like I’ve not gotten any smarter since I started college. In fact, I feel like it’s a constant struggle to hold on to what little intelligence I have left. A struggle that gets harder with every year, since I have to remember material from way back when. (Meaning high school/freshman year.)

No wonder 50% of college seniors are suspected of plagiarism. Supposedly 25 – 30% are actually guilty! Assuming this anonymous professor is correct, that’s one in four college seniors; Seeing as I have more than four friends on this thing, would anyone like to fess up? I’m curious about just how accurate his numbers are.

And on a side note, I wonder if I could hack it at a place like this. I used to unofficially tutor friends, and Sylvan Learning Center even tried to recruit me after my SAT scores came out.

  1. I gotta be honest with you, I belong to the 50% of the college students who do not cheat. I rather go down in flames than cheat, it’s too risky and plus all the energy you’ll put trying to cheat is better off spent on studying. I’m such a goodie two-shoes…

  2. That looks like a cool site!!

I wonder why the woman had to wear cat ears though… crazy.

You should probably go work for Sylvan Learning Center. I think the pay might be more constant than answering questions online. Plus, you might have to beat the top earner to the questions (that one person from berkeley?)
