San Dimas High School Football Rules

:humming the MacGuyver theme:

I just saw that show again the other day at Brandon’s. The theme is so catchy. And the show was great. But watching it again as a college student, I’ve noticed some things didn’t follow the laws of science. And occasionally logic. Oh well. Still good TV. Anyways, you guys don’t want to hear about this…

I have two days to cover, so let’s start with Wednesday. Mommy Van’s birthday! Yay!

Woke up and went online. Worked on the Assassins kill circle, and the IPhi Wiki. Fun stuff! You should all go add to it!

Before I knew it, it was almost time for the football game. Mommy Van messaged me, though, and asked if I wanted to go to Pita Pit with her. Wow! Spending time with mom on her birthday? How could I refuse? But again, it was close to game-time, so I went to pick up Drew and Willie, and didn’t have much time left, so I just drove by the front of Pita Pit and tried to wave at her. But I couldn’t see her, so that went to shit.

Went to Sorrento Park and there was basically no one there. Drew and I called up everyone we knew in IPhi. Quote comes from the calls I had before/during the game.

Hey Mommy Van, sorry I missed lunch. Come watch us play football!”

- Me.

Mommy Van? The game’s been cancelled… sorry!”

- Me, ten minutes after that.

… but I can see Drew.”

- Mommy Van, who had parked and was walking towards us.

Mommy Van, come back! The game’s on and we need more girls!”

- Me, ten minutes after that.
I’m surprised she ended up coming back to see us. And Eddie C, Joe M, and I gave her a big sweaty group hug for the trouble. :)

Set up cones on a chalked out soccer field, which made things a lot easier for us. Then some Theta Tau people came. And they weren’t pasty skinny white boys with thick glasses. They actually outnumbered us for a while. And then some girls’ soccer team came to practice, so we were about to call the game off. We ended up asking to share the space and used the width of the soccer field on the opposite end instead. The game itself was pretty fun. They were definitely a good tough opponent. We ended up losing 4 – 3.

After the game, went to Peggy’s place and tested out her new snow cone maker. It was great! We didn’t even need red beans and condensed milk. :) Took Drew and Mommy Van home after that, and went home. Went online. Watched Bleach 33. Joe came over and picked up some Naruto and Bleach. Posted and read up on Xangas.

Got hungry around 8 and offered to make some steak for Mommy Van, but she was waiting for DC with some other people. Ate by myself instead. Waited for mom to finish so we could go to Café Bernardo’s. She didn’t finish until 10:15, though, and last call was at 10:30, so they decided to go to Sophia’s instead. I passed out early.
