Grr. I hate it when I can’t figure something out. It’s gotta be one of the worst feelings in the world. Spent yesterday working on a couple different projects, or helping others with their special projects. The thing I’m talking, though, is something I was supposed to do for the website. I wanted to have it done by the ExComm meeting so everyone could use it, but no such luck… probably won’t be able to finish it today. But for sure I’ll have it done by next ExComm. In fact, after today, I’m going to sequester myself until I do finish it.
So besides the many projects I worked on yesterday, also saw the new Naruto and Bleach. Oh, and had dinner with Ian, Joe M, Jenny, and Peggy at Osaka. I hadn’t been there for a while. Mmm… yakisoba. Now if only there was a Japanese place in Davis that offered okonomiyaki. And I wouldn’t mind takoyaki, either. Wow, I’m so Osakan!
Yesterday’s quote is about how we tease all the non-BComm people -
“Did you finish the secret project?”- Me.
“No, we ran out of cotton, so I’m going to finish it tomorrow after class.”- Peggy.
“Cotton? What are you guys doing?!”- Non-BComm people.
After dinner, helped Joe M and Jenny with their projects, then went to Peggy’s place and helped her with more BComm stuff. We’re really going down to the wire on those. And we just found out last night after we finished that we’re missing two folks, so we’ll have to do them today. If only people actually read and replied to their e-mails. Oh, and Peggy’s roommates are very open. I’d quote them, but it would cause intense blushing. While Joe M and I were over there, we tried to focus on TV so we wouldn’t pay attention to their conversation.
Here’s the table of failure.
| Today | Total | |
|---|---|---|
| Cursed | 5 | 38 |
| Drank | 0 | 0 |
| Drinks Owed | None yet… | |
Man, what’s killing me is using the NorCal “very.” I do it way too much without even thinking. And I don’t think I can think of forty different names for this thing, so we might get some repeat tables.
HAHAHAHAHAHAH i should make my roomies comment on your webbie >=) then you’re FORCED to read them *evil laugh*
