Through The Barricades

Yesterday… I slept in instead of tabling at Kappa Sig. Which I guess was a good decision, since I wasn’t attacked by rabid mutant squirrels with elephantitis of the testicles like Drew and Alice C were. Was online for a bit, then had lunch with Peggy and went to get some supplies for BComm. I can’t wait until Monday. I wonder if we can live up to the hype…

You’re not really going to raid people’s houses on their birthday, are you?!”- Alicia to Peggy.

Muahahaha. And for those of you who want to know the answer to that question… you’ll have to wait for your birthday to find out. :) After that, the two of us got some ice cream and then went on a secret mission to Chaparral, which degenerated into us bugging Mommy Van for hours. I was kinda worried if we could deliver on everything we wanted to do on Monday. Things are looking good, though. I think the chapter will be very pleasantly surprised. Except perhaps the people with birthdays.

We split up at that point — Peggy went home home to see her family, and I went to go see Mommy Tang, as well as Jenny and Dorothea, sing at the Chinese New Year’s Party. A whole bunch of APhiO folks were there. Joe M and I tried to embarrass Mommy Tang, but apparently she couldn’t hear us screaming in the back of the room. Went to Leegacy Café afterwards and the service was horrible. It hasn’t been the same since their opening, really. I dunno if I wanna go back there anymore.

Had our fill, then went back to the apartment. David, Eddie C, James S, Kitty, Terren, Will, and I watched Kung Fu Hustle again. They played a drinking game where whenever you laughed out loud, you had to drink. I wanted to play. :( But I didn’t… still holding strong for the Lent Wagon Club. One of the toughest clubs in town. Passed out in the middle of the movie and half-consciously crawled into bed.

Here again is the table of weakness -

Today Total
Cursed 3 29
Drank 0 0
Drinks Owed None yet…

If you see me cursing/drinking, please slap me, like Erin does, and don’t try to get me to do more, like Drew and Jason G. Oh, and yesterday’s curse count was relatively low because I spent most of it with Peggy. I just don’t curse in front her for some reason… so thanks, Peggy!
