New Quote

Damn, I’m hella fucking exhasuted right now. Woke up bright and early this morning to go to ECS 50 discussion… turns out, TA didn’t show up. Damn bastard. I waited until 8:40 for him, too, just in case he showed up late and still gave the quiz we were supposed to have. Did most of the crossword as I waited for the bus home, but as usual, still missing like 30% of it. After getting home, went online for a bit but nothing, so I slept-read Path of Daggers. It’s pretty interesting, but somehow still manages to put me the fuck out. Woke up a little later super-hungry, so made myself some tuna melts and watched Initial D as I ate and did laundry. Lying on fresh sheets is such a great feeling. It’s all about the little things in life. Anyway, about to make myself a couple more tuna melts for dinner when Will N got home. He called up some girls to kick it, and told Kim C there would be food at our little thing tonight, so when I told him we weren’t planning on having any food, he decided to go on a food run. Went to Safeway and picked up some stuff for next week, since most of the snacks for tonight were taken care of already. Got back home and I started to make Texas fries, but realized we didn’t have the cheese grater, and was too lazy to cut up the cheddar blocks by hand, so I just made some regular seasoned fries. Had my tuna melts from earlier as Will N and I played chess and waited for guests to arrive. First was Alice M and her friend Peter, then Alison, followed by Xuong, Tyler, Trung, Ryan, and Jerry. Next was Frances and some of her friends (I was never actually introduced to them) and Christine, Benji, and their Natomas crew (again, not properly introduced). Finally, Eddie, James and Anna showed up three hours after he said he was going to be here. Damn rubber-band-time bastard! Anyway, started off with some velvet hammers (people seem to either love them or hate them… no middle ground…) along with the snacks of chips, fries, Cheeze-Its, and peanuts. Jeremy felt like baking, so he made some sugar cookies (which everyone bagged on, but I thought they were good… even the centers!). After that, some people were still hungry, so Jeremy and I whipped up some pasta… I made shrimp scampi with spaghetti and he made fetticini chicken alfredo. Alternated between TV, Fusion Frenzy, and Smash Brothers for entertainment. Man, it’s hella funny to see drunk people play video games. Oh yeah… not sure how many shots I took, but I’m pretty sure I took more shots than anyone else tonight. Some folks called me hardcore, but I figure it’s all a body-weight thing, and I out-weighed everyone there. There was no point in the night when I couldn’t have driven if I had to. After a while, the folks started leaving, and I got stuck doing dishes because Will and Jeremy hella passed out. It’s OK, thought, because last night we had a party, I crashed with the quickness and left everything to them. So yeah… that brings us up to current time… I’m a little whoozy right now… The liquor hella caught up to me as I was washing those dishes. So I’m going to turn in for the night. Good day!

Today’s quote:

Here, have a cookie.”

- Jeremy.

OK… oh man, it hella tastes like dough.”

- Everyone.

Man…”

- Jeremy.

… but I like it!”

- Everyone, five hours after their original statement.
